Accom doesn’t believe in offering different levels of standards or package deals when cleaning carpets and rugs, mainly due to the simple fact, that there is really one affective way that carpets should be cleaned.  This professional standard will always include the following stages:

1. Through pre-vacuum of carpet or rugs prior to any cleaning taking place.  This will ensure that any lose soils will be removed.
2. Pre-treat any spots and stains that may be present on the carpet.  As not all stains and spots are the same we don’t treat them all with the same solutions.  We use appropriate solution on each stain and spot to be treated.
3. Pre-spray or pre-condition the carpet or rug, once again with a solution that is suited to your carpets or rugs material composition.  This will ensure that the best results are achieved and the carpet or rug appearance is not altered in any way.
4. Agitation of the Pre-spray or pre-condition well into the fibers of the carpet or rug.  This will ensure that the solution is spread evenly and through the entire carpet or rug.  Also allowing for the appropriate dwell time for the solution to do its job.
5. Steam Clean the carpet or rug, using the most effective method of rinse and extraction. 
6. Rake the carpet pile to allow a nice flow of fibers and also enhance the drying process.

Prior to any of the above steps being carried out, accom cleaning concepts conducts an indepth pre-inspection to assess the condition of the carpet or rug and provides honest and professional feedback to the client.  We also make sure that surrounding furniture and appliances are appropriately protected before commencing work.
